processing time?
I am a one woman show, so please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. I promise its worth the wait. ☺

Do you accept returns?

What kind of wax is used in your candles?

I create my own blend to create the perfect consistancy for all your candles. However, I can say its a soy-blend concoction. 

Are your candles handmade?

Yes, I hand pour every candle in small batches in my kitchen. I also individually brand each candle top in efforts to give each candle all my creativity, love, and attention. 

My package was damaged in transit, what could I do?

You have the option of shipping the candle back to be remade, however, YOU ARE resposible for shipping cost. I will cover shipping it back to you. 

                                                                                      OR 

You could rub your fingers over the area that is damaged and smooth over the area that was affected. The warmth of your fingers will allow the wax to be remolded. 

My package was stolen! What should I do?

Unfortunately there is nothing I could do on my end. As much as I would love to safely hand deliver them and give you guys a huge thank you hug, I physically can't. I am responsible for making the candles, packing them, and handing them over to the designated carriers. You are more than welcomed, and encouraged, to file a claim with USPS or UPS.  

What if I put down the wrong address and now its being retuned to sender?

I do not alter addresses when proccessing shipments. They are printed the same way you type it out. With that being said, if you input your information incorrectly, you are resposible for paying to get your shipment to you again. PLEASE CHECK ADDRESSES BEFORE SUBMITING ORDERS!
